The apartment is located on the second floor, and is easily accessible by elevator or stairs.

Lofty, sunny and green apartment with an amazing view over the water. Relaxing atmosphere that offers an oasis of beauty and calm amidst the Amsterdam buzz.

You enter a nice hallway which gives you access to all rooms in the apartment.

On your left you’ll find the modern bathroom with walk-in rainshower and double sink and a separate toilet.

On your right you find the two bedrooms overlooking the inner court. One master bedroom which is nicely decorated and has a Swiss Sense double bed and a big wardrobe. The second bedroom (guestroom) features a sofabed and a wardrobe.

At the front of the apartment you find the very bright and spacious living room with the fully equipped open kitchen. The large living and dining room with its broad (7.7 meter long) façade offer you sweeping views over the water, the many water birds and the passing boats on sunny afternoons. The large sliding windows fold open all the way so the separation between inside and outside disappears, giving you the feeling of living outdoors.

The Siematic kitchen is equipped with all appliances like an oven, dishwasher and fridge. Within a separate niche behind the kitchen, you will find a washer and dryer, and sufficient room for storage.

The whole apartment has just been renovated, and everything is brand new. The apartment has a beautiful natural stone floor, which gives a sensation of walking on sand.

It is located in the former east port of Amsterdam (Zeeburg), just a short distance from the main railway station: 10 min by tram from Central Station; 10 min walking distance to Center. The architecture is world renowned and the long city boat tours cross the East Harbour frequently. From the apartment, there are lovely walks in the beautiful harbor area of Amsterdam; with its canal boats, shops and restaurants. Also very nearby are and the many shops and restaurants of the “hip and happening” Amsterdam East, the “Dapper Market”,the Hortus Botanicus, and the famous antiquity market at the Waterloo Plein.
